Who is responsible

NØRD EVENTS is responsible for the personal data processed through this website, enquiries, quotes, bookings, reviews and customer communication. You can contact NØRD at info@nordevents.nl or +31(6)16280430.

Data we process

For an enquiry we process the details needed to respond: name, contact details, event date, venue or location, event type, guest count, wishes and selected packages or equipment. For a booking we also process data needed for the quote, delivery, payment, administration and customer communication.

For reviews we process only what you submit and publish only the display format you permitted, such as full name, initials, wedding initials or anonymous. Form contents are not used for analytics.

Why we process data

Enquiries are processed so we can reply and prepare a suitable proposal. Booking data is processed to perform the agreement. Invoice and administration data is kept for legal obligations. Security and usage data is processed to keep the site secure and working. Marketing or publication of recognisable review or media material only happens where there is an appropriate permission or agreement.

Sharing data

NØRD shares data only where needed for the enquiry, booking, administration, payment, security, hosting or legal obligations. This may include hosting, email, administration, payment or document services where they are actually used. Artists, technicians or suppliers receive only the information they need for their role in the event.

Retention

NØRD does not keep personal data longer than needed. Enquiries without a booking are cleaned up periodically. Booking, quote, invoice and acceptance records are kept for delivery, administration, evidence and statutory retention duties. Reviews remain visible until removal or adjustment is requested and NØRD can reasonably comply.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may withdraw consent for future processing where processing is based on consent. Email info@nordevents.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Security

NØRD limits access to customer and project data to people who need that access. Public quote, project and invoice links are secure customer links and should not be shared publicly.
